Account Deletion

Overview

We value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your Xhopngo account, you can do so directly within the app.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. This action will delete all your data, including your profile, listings, messages, and history. This cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Please follow these simple steps to permanently delete your account:

Open the App

Launch the Xhopngo app on your mobile device.

Navigate to Account

Tap on the Account icon located in the bottom navigation bar.

Find the Delete Button

Scroll down to the bottom of the Account screen until you see the Delete Account button.

Confirm Deletion

Tap the button and follow the on-screen prompt to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What Data is Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

Personal profile information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
All your active and inactive listings
Message history and chats
Transaction history and saved preferences
Any other data associated with your user ID
